Our Quick Straight Teeth Treatment

Like all QST Dentists, we only use 3M brackets for their cases. These have a reliable and proven track-record worldwide for their performance, beautiful aesthetics, and they are nearly invisible once placed in the mouth. We also use tooth coloured wires making our braces the most aesthetic compared with any similar systems. QST only used on the front 6 or 8 teeth, to correct mild misalignment and give you a beautiful smile.

Standard orthodontic mechanics are still involved in the use of QST but because it’s just the front teeth, the force required is minimal. The wires exert mild pressure to move the teeth, and this is done without the need for severe tightening which causes the discomfort noted in conventional orthodontic treatments.

Quick Straight Teeth FAQs

Will I need a retainer?
Yes you will. It is our belief that retention is for life! If you are looking to have straighter teeth, regularly using a retainer is essential! As teeth have a tendency to continually move throughout a lifetime, so the more we can do to prevent that, the better. We can provide all necessary retention as part of our all inclusive ‘Q’ package, or individually for clients not taking up this option. Any patient not taking up this option will assume responsibility for the teeth drifting back to their original position.
Is it painful?
Some patients may experience temporary, minor discomfort for the first few days at the beginning of each new stage of QuickStraightTeeth™. This is completely normal for all orthodontic treatment and is actually a sign that the clear braces are working towards straightening your teeth! As your teeth gradually move, any slight discomfort typically goes after a few days. On rare occasions, patients may resort to a mild painkiller, used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Can I eat the same during treatment?
Unlike traditional orthodontic braces, made with metal wires and brackets, you are able to eat anything during the QuickStraightTeeth™ treatment. Naturally your teeth will be a little sensitive during any orthodontic treatment, so you should be sensible when eating “hard” materials. Our treatment allows you to remove your clear braces quickly and comfortably when it comes to eating, so QuickStraightTeeth™ will not restrict you from any of your favourite foods or drinks. Remember to brush and floss your teeth after each meal before re-inserting your aligner to maintain good hygiene!
What will I look like with the brace on?
Appliances from QuickStraightTeeth™ are speciﬁcally designed to have minimal disruption to everyday life. The clear braces used have no bulky material. Your appearance will have minimal disruption. Previous patients have stated that they went through treatment without anyone noticing.
How long will it take?
Everyone’s teeth are different! Treatments can last between 4 and 24 weeks, however there is no specific time span.
