After some time, your toothbrush risks becoming a breeding ground for bacteria, and so it’s essential you change it regularly.
The bristles of your toothbrush take a beating every time you brush your teeth, and if they appear bent down or cooked, it may be a sign your toothbrush is not as effective as it used to be, and that means it needs to be changed.
2. Debris on the bottom of your toothbrush
If when inspecting your toothbrush, you can see visible debris at the bottom of it, and you cannot manage to clean it, you should stop using it right away. A dirty toothbrush will do much more harm than good, and could even expose you to dental infections
